At Character, we want you to feel confident in your style, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. To ensure a seamless experience, all domestic returns are processed through our digital portal for quick credit or refunds.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Return

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of generating your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
